This system is based on the simplest technology to destruct VOCs. A Direct Fired Thermal Oxidizer introduces the VOCs gas and/or malodorous gas into a fire-box through or near the burner and retains the gas for approximately 1 second at high temperatures of 700°C to 800°C to get enough VOCs destruction.

The saturated media is desorbed by passing the hot air in a desorption segment of the concentrator.
The VOCs are now concentrated and the VOCs-laden gas is directed into a small oxidizer for VOCs abatement and destruction.
●This system, combination of a small oxidizer and a concentrator, is effectively and economically applicable for purifying large gas flows with low VOCs density.
●The rotating filter enables continuous purifying of VOCs gas.
●The concentration ranges from 3 times to 17times.
