This system is based on the simplest technology to destruct VOCs. A Direct Fired Thermal Oxidizer introduces the VOCs gas and/or malodorous gas into a fire-box through or near the burner and retains the gas for approximately 1 second at high temperatures of 700°C to 800°C to get enough VOCs destruction.

This system is also applicable to VOCs gas which contains harmful molecules to catalytic oxidizer. The high operating cost resulting from high operating temperature can be reduced in combination with a heat exchanger.
